Why must there be a "global" person "in charge" of gender? Does he dictate what people must think of what sex they think they are or who they jump into bed with? How is this anything to do with international peaceful treaties?

It's not. Any more than "climate change" treaties are. More libtard crap that we should NOT be involved with.

U.S. OUT OF THE U.N.!! U.N. OUT OF THE U.S.!!! Let them peddle their self destructive crap policies elsewhere. They've already surrendered and destroyed their own countries. Why give them an in to do that to us?

Well, in terms of the UN - there is no religious freedom anywhere in the world, except the US.

“America should stop worrying about things like this. As long as other Nations are not threatening or invading their neighbors, interfering with international commerce, or supporting terrorist organizations that operate internationally - who cares?”

Muslims are doing those things though.

Freedom of religion is a human right witht he following conditions

1. Freedom to Leave a Religion is an Absolute non-negotiable
human right

2. Freedom to Join a Religion is an Absolute non-negotiable human right

3. An Organization that claims to be a Religion but punishes people who wish to leave with private force or use of government force , is not a religion it is a CULT, this too is non-negotiable.

( if the UN adopted these standards in regards to Religious freedom , there would be at least 57 fewer countries in the UN )

“Religious freedom is ‘not absolute,’” but I have a feeling this fellow does believe that the power of the UN is ‘absolute.’

“There are some absolute rights,” he said, “but there are some that are not absolute.” He went on to explain that “freedom of expression and expression of religion” are not absolute rights and that they could be curtailed if necessary.

So called lgbt rights can be curtailed if necessary.

Good! So let's curtail Satanism, Islam and the religion Ann Coulter has identified as Liberalism. All other major religions OK for now.

In a way, he's right - can't allow folks to kill their daughters or others in the name of religion.

His focus was all wrong as far as being able to believe/preach/conduct one's business w/o actually hurting others (except for their snow-flaky feelings).

Let me guess: The GerBiLs will tell us when it’s “necessary.”
