If they’ve been tortured and pressured into reverting back to Islam and have resisted, you can be more assured its a genuine conversion.

It’s estimated that a lot of kids in the middle east watch Christian TV programs for kids, and that their parents let them do this, because those shows do not end up with their kids being radicalized (as would happen if they watch incessant incitement to radical islam).
That will have an impact on the next generation.
Perhaps in Europe but not in Iran.

Bingo! Because islam expands by force. So I ask muslims, why would practice the religion of your conquerors?
