Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu on Wednesday evening called on the Ukrainian government to take action following the desecration of the grave of Rabbi Nachman in Uman.
Netanyahus comment came during an online chat with Facebook users. During the chat, the Prime Minister was seen taking a phone call from a person named Yuval, believed to be Yuval Rotem, Director General of the Foreign Ministry.
"This must be taken care of, Netanyahu told Yuval. "The ambassador there should go to the government and tell them that it is simply unacceptable, simply awful, I want them to deal with it.
He added, "I would like an explanation and a correction. I asked to speak with the president, they are arranging the phone call, but you should act as well.
Witnesses say a gang of Ukrainian vandals desecrated the tomb compound at approximately 2:00 a.m. local time, throwing a pigs head and red paint into the building.
Photographed close-ups of the pigs head show a swastika was carved into the animals forehead. The attackers sprayed tear gas and shouted anti-Semitic epithets during the assault which left Jewish visitors to the tomb shaken.

I doubt Ukraine will do anything. Their leaders are nuts.....no better than those who have gone before.
Stupid leftists probably didn’t even realize the lineage ping.
There’s a small campaign to move the good rabbi’s gravesite to Jerusalem.
If that happens, Uman is going to suffer an economic hit from all the people who travel there specifically to pray over his grave.
Rebbe Nachman, a great-grandson of the Baal Shem Tov, breathed new life into the Hasidic movement by combining the esoteric secrets of Judaism (the Kabbalah) with in-depth Torah scholarship. He attracted thousands of followers during his lifetime and his influence continues until today through many Hasidic movements such as Breslov Hasidism. Rebbe Nachman's religious philosophy revolved around closeness to God and speaking to God in normal conversation "as you would with a best friend."

For those who might not know, followers of Rabbi Nachman, called Bresloevers, are very numerous and dedicated.
A great first source on Breslov is:
A prominent Breslover with a very interesting blog is Lazer Brody:

This will get worse. Most of the 400 members of their Verkovna Rada are Jewish. And are pretty much all corrupt.
You do know that Ukraine’s PM is a Jew?
To have to choose between these people on the one hand and Marxism on the other is no choice at all.

Among his many descendants were Schneur Zalman of Liadi, founder of Chabad Hasidism. Through him, he is the ancestor of many prominent later Jewish individuals, including Menachem Mendel Schneerson, seventh Rebbe of Lubavitch, and Yehudi Menuhin, the famous violinist. Maharal is also the ancestor of Rebbe Nachman of Breslov.
