Thanks - I love that He walked as a man and made it possible for us to have a truly personal relationship with Him. I also love that, before He was crucified, He had been given the dominion to use all the power of God but humbly declined and allowed Himself to be killed by sinners that same sinners could be saved.

Love don't get any better than that.

It’s awe inspiring to think that the Creator of the universe bore the tedium of living an every day life like the rest of us.

He got hungry, thirsty, dirty, walked everywhere He went, took days doing it, experienced all of the nastiness of life that He didn’t have to, just so we could identify with Him and know that He understood us.

That is showing love like no other.

It’s one thing to make a sacrifice that occasionally inconveniences us, but He did this from conception to a horrible, brutal death.

And He didn’t have to.
