Thank youu for the ping. I’m enjoying it this morning (took a break).
I wanted to share something with you. Chris White wrote the book False Christ and made an interesting observation about the Anti-Christ. White does a solid job of putting forth the view that the conservative/orthodox Jews will not flee the AntiChrist, but be some of his strongest supporters. The reason is that he will fulfill their teachings about Messiah ben Joseph and Messiah ben David.
The Abomination set up in the temple will not be an “in your eye” insult to the orthodox Jewish faith but the natural outgrowth of Messiah expectancy and fulfillment. Even the persecution of non-believers which will occur is in-line with their teaching of what the Messiah must do in order to set up His rule.
That totally really reoriented my thinking on this subject. A startling discovery.
