Canadian Court Refuses Parent's Religious Accommodation Request
Religion Clause | 11-25-2016 | Howard Friedman

In E.T. v. Hamilton-Wentworth District School Board, (ON Super. Ct. Jus., Nov. 23, 2016), an Ontario (Canada) trial court rejected an attempt by the father of two elementary school students to require his children's school to notify him in advance of specific curriculum areas being taught to his children so he could withdraw them from classes, lessons or activities that conflict with his Greek Orthodox religious beliefs.  The father contended that he has an obligation to protect his children from "false teachings," including moral relativism and issues surrounding human sexuality. While the school had a religious accommodation guideline and the parent had shown a sincere religious belief as to matters of marriage and sexuality that are inconsistent with the school's curriculum, the court upheld the school's refusal to grant his requested accommodation, saying in part:

Accommodation by non-attendance, which is sought by the applicant, would allow him to isolate his children from aspects of the curriculum that in his religious belief would amount to "false teachings". However isolation is antithetical to the competing legislative mandate and Charter values favoring inclusivity, equality and multiculturalism.

If these children were Mohammadan, you know full well they’d accommodate them. Christian ? Forget it.

In 1919, Georg Lukacs became Deputy Commissar for Culture in the short-lived Bolshevik Bela Kun regime in Hungary. He immediately set plans in motion to de-Christianize Hungary. Reasoning that if Christian sexual ethics could be undermined among children, then both the hated patriarchal family and the Church would be dealt a crippling blow. Lukacs launched a radical sex education program in the schools. Sex lectures were organized and literature handed out which graphically instructed youth in free love (promiscuity) and sexual intercourse while simultaneously encouraging them to deride and reject Christian moral ethics, monogamy, and parental and church authority. All of this was accompanied by a reign of cultural terror perpetrated against parents, priests, and dissenters.

Hungary’s youth, having been fed a steady diet of values-neutral (atheism) and radical sex education while simultaneously encouraged to rebel against all authority, easily turned into delinquents ranging from bullies and petty thieves to sex predators, murderers, and sociopaths.

Gramsci’s prescription and Lukacs’ plans were the precursor to what Cultural Marxism in the guise of SIECUS, GSLEN, and the ACLU—acting as judicially-powered enforcers—later brought into American schools.

If the parent cannot homeschool, they may need to obey the court’s demands. Not cooperate, just comply with the letter of the court’s demands. Perhaps it’s worth continuing to fight overtly, but they should never under any circumstances surrender to evil.

“Junior, the Bible teaches us that sometimes governments go against God. Our government has done that. This doesn’t mean that your teacher is bad, just that she is >>rendering unto Caesar the things that are Caesar’s<<. Listen politely, without arguing, as she says the things she is being forced to say, so she can get it over with and, I hope, get back to teaching things that are true.”

“Today (or yesterday) your school is going to teach (taught) moral relativism, the idea that nothing is right or wrong. This is a lie from Satan. Here’s where the Bible tells us otherwise, but you already know from your own experience that it’s true. If you have a new toy and another kid steals it, that’s wrong. Even if the other kid really really wants it, stealing is wrong. That is an absolute truth, not something that depends on your perspective. The same is true for all the other areas where people who have strayed from the truth claim there is no right or wrong.”

“Today (or yesterday) your school is going to teach (taught) obviously false and gross ideas about sex and sexuality. We know the truth from biology and from the Bible. Your school taught that if you feel like a girl today, you’re a girl, and if you feel like a boy tomorrow, that is enough to make you a boy for that day, or forever if you want. We know better from genetics. What they are teaching is no more sensible than claiming if you feel like a puppy next week, that makes you a puppy. They are also teaching extremely gross things about homosexuality. If you want to talk about the details, we can, but here’s what the Bible says . . . . Also, the simple fact is that homosexuality doesn’t lead to children. Given how much joy you and your siblings have brought to our lives, your mother and I hope and pray you will not be deceived by the lies and deprived of having your own children.”

Communist Massachusetts is far ahead of atheistic socialist Canada on the slippery slope to full blown authoritarianism. http://www.massresistance.org/docs/parker/main.html

True. Deliberate, organized, hell-bent.

Above all things: don’t let them get your kids.
