The best one I heard was in the Army before going to ‘stan from a muslim doing a “cultural training” before deployment. He went: “in islam only the first sip of alcohol is sinful, after that it is not on you, you can get drunk”
and everything else is like that.

So she feels guilt because of hormones and not over moral failure.
