The company where I worked had a 'mandatory' policy for arbitrary things they forced employees to certify having completed under penalty of termination. Some of these were pretty stupid, some the result of misdeeds of CEO or other boss at the top, but they gradually became more and more PC, more numerous, and they all had to be repeated every year, every employee, no excuses, forever.

I'm so glad I retired before I was forced to sit through a 17-minute LGBTQXYZ 'inclusion & diversity' video on the joys of homosexuality.

I’m so grateful to have had the opportunity to work for a small (Christian) family-owned business. It would NEVER implement such mindless, inane policies.
