I have been reading “The Great Christ Comet” by Colin R. Nicholl. (I know Colin’s wife’s family quite well.)
Colin uses astronomy to establish the identity of the Star of Bethlehem. He contends that the wise men from the east saw a sight similar to that depicted in your chart, but with a comet being “born” of the virgin. Colin contends that Rev 12 reiterates that event. He even purports to identify the 12 stars and the “dragon” mentioned in the same passage.
I hesitate to provide any more detail since that would spoil it for those who choose to read the book! :) I would certainly recommend it.

Revelation 12:3-4 should be included in the prophecy to make it more complete. According to Rev 12:1-4 that would mean there should be a dragon constellation (Draco) next to Virgo. “The dragon stood in front of the woman who was about to give birth,” But I do not see Draco in the posted graphic.
12 A great sign appeared in heaven: a woman clothed with the sun, with the moon under her feet and a crown of twelve stars on her head.
2 She was pregnant and cried out in pain as she was about to give birth.
3 Then another sign appeared in heaven: an enormous red dragon with seven heads and ten horns and seven crowns on its heads.
4 Its tail swept a third of the stars out of the sky and flung them to the earth. The dragon stood in front of the woman who was about to give birth, so that it might devour her child the moment he was born.
