Your rights do not diminish inside your home. However those of your visitors do. If they don't like it, they can leave, or be removed. Same thing with a church or any other private institution.

Stores and movie theaters are open to the general public too, but if you act in such a way as to disrupt the intended activity, you will be kicked out, if not arrested.
