On a more personal level he writes with great warmth of his successor Pope Francis, who he admits has a popular touch, a star quality which he has lacked. "Star quality"?
The papacy meets Jack Nicholson.

He should have called it:
“Why I Quit Just When The Church Needed Me Most and Handed It Over To Frankie The Red.”

Sounds disappointingly PR-ish and superficial for the brilliant Benedict. A booster for Francis, really, more than “final thoughts.” No new info, nor new insights. It’s being published by Bloomsbury, yes indeed.

"Last Testament"?
It sounds ominous.

There is no doubt in my mind he was blackmailed to resign, with the threat that he would be disgraced for his role in the priest abuse cover-up being released to the media. The NWO elites were determined to destroy the Church once and for all with this Marxist agent, and they are succeeding beyond their wildest dreams. If Benedict breathes one word of this, that day will be his last. They will see to it.

Benedict in the book admits he knew about the presence of a gay lobby made up of four or five people, in the Vatican. He says he managed to break this pressure group up. This is laughable.
