Thank You for Your only Son, JESUS CHRIST, Who won the victory through His death and resurrection! The government is upon His shoulders. Every knee must bow to His name.
We come boldly to the throne of our gracious God. There we will receive Your mercy, O LORD, and we will find grace to help us when we need it most.
We pray on behalf of DONALD TRUMP/MIKE PENCE, their families, staff, and supporters. We ask You to protect them and give them favor. Speak through them. Give them Words of Knowledge concerning the corruption and evil plans made by corporations, politicians, and political pundits who put power and money before their country.
Break through media bias against TRUMP/PENCE. May their message be unfiltered and inspired by You. May they look to YOU, LORD, for guidance and strength. For You say, "Without Me you can do nothing at all."
FATHER GOD, give favor to conservative legislators running for office. Place conservative majorities in both the House and Senate who will govern righteously. Give them finances to run their campaign, and may they be good stewards of the donations they receive from hard working Americans.
This election will determine the path America will take. Awaken your Church for such a time as this. May Christians become involved in campaigns and most importantly vote for those candidates who take a righteous stand on the issues of our day. Bind indifference. Bind fear. Loose a holy boldness upon them. Set them free from the bondage of Political Parties in the Name of JESUS CHRIST, our LORD and SAVIOR.
Lead us, LORD, in the battle for the soul of America. Send Your mighty angels to fight beside us. We stand upon Your Promise: "This is my command—be strong and courageous! Do not be afraid or discouraged. For the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.”
Mold and shape us to be instruments of Your love. May GOD be glorified in all that we do.

If we are stuck with liberal or morally broken politicians, please Father God, lead them to repent, turn around and serve You first.
Please do not allow any more leadership that encourages lawlessness, hate and idolatry. Father God, please give us a leadership that is anointed by You, that would lead this nation to repent and to once again become One Nation Under God.

You Are our sword and shield, our mighty armor against the snares of the devil.
Envelop Donald Trump, Mike Pence and their families in your supernatural protectoin.
Guard their hearts, minds and bodies from all harm,
so that they may fulfill Your purposes for Christian believers and Constitutional patriots in this nation.
Lord God, Your Word is full of references to “nations”. We cannot have a nation without boundaries and the rule of law, which You established from the time of Moses.
Trump and Pence want to be our Nehemiah, determined to build a wall of spirit, law and righteous conduct around a selected people.
Just as Nehemiah invited Ezra to read the law to the people, Donald Trump wants to appoint justices who will read the law to the People with respect for the plain meaning of words according to our Founders, for the consciences of the People and the roles of the People’s elected representatives, and with limits on their own powers as judges, respecting those who believe that our ultimate judge is You, Father.
Help Trump/Pence and everyone associatated with their campaign to persevere in faith, Father,
so that we may be a Nation Under God, E Pluribus Unum, once again, with a code of law and citizenship that is held precious, taught with love, sought after in courts of law and valued by all citizens and aspirants to citizenship.
Let us not yearn for the past, but go boldly into the future.
We have had a chastening, like the Jews of old who saw their temple pulled down and their treasures carried off.
Yet, righteous pagan kings helped them to return and to rebuild the Temple, the building within which Jesus Christ would centuries later come and preach the gospel.
If it be Your will, Father, hear our prayer for Donald and Mike, who intend to rebuild our nation in paths of righteousness, who intend for American Christians and Jews to be able to live according to their conscience again inside the borders of the United States, free from humiliations, extortions and persecutions by followers of foreign gods and worshippers of pagan idols.
We believe in the One God of Abraham; the Triune Father, Son and Holy Spirit. May our Presidential election, our new President and Vice President reflect Your will and glory.

It’s Sunday. I once again lit a candle and prayed for Donald Trump and Mike Pence before Divine Liturgy!
Tomorrow will be the Feast Day of the Falling Asleep of the Mother of God. We shall have Divine Liturgy again, and once again I will pray for Trump/Pence and our beloved Nation!
