We've reached the finish line - Daniel 12, the last chapter within this apocalyptic book. This chapter indicates to the student of Eschatology just what the conditions will be like during the Tribulation period, what the future holds for those who are saved and unsaved at the conclusion to Daniel's 70th week, and also the final instructions provided by Christ the Lord to the Prophet Daniel. Praise God for revealing this future truth!

Yes, but praise God we are now at the time of the end and the Lamb of God has opened the seals, initially shown in Revelation 6:1,3,5,7, with much greater revelation now, only relative hours before his return.

Reminds me of the sealing of what the seven thunders said in Revelation.

Christ quoted Daniel. And Christ says the ‘days of Daniel’ had been shortened for the elect’s sake.

The elect during the Great Tribulation are Jews, sheltered from the wrath of antichrist who is vengeful over God's judgments and blessings. Those elect are said to go into the millennium alive and able to have families.

Scripture citation. And some adaptation into the Latin will not fly. You do realize that Paul was from the tribe of Benjamin, not Judah. Paul most certainly fits the profile of election. And Paul said the election took place before the foundation of this world. Properly translated the Genesis 1:2 casting down - overthrow.

Luke 19:44
And shall lay you even with the ground, and your children within you; and they shall not leave in you one stone upon another; BECAUSE YOU KNEW NOT THE TIME OF YOUR VISITATION.

The elect will include saved Gentiles as well. The result of the campaign of the 144,000 Jews.

Thank you for sharing this. It’s a good study and makes Daniel 9 easier to follow.

Amen ... a number bigger than 200,000,000 because that count is of the armies arrayed against Jerusalem before the valley runs with blood at a depth to a horse’s bridle!
