Priest tells pro-abort Catholic Tim Kaine: “Don’t show up in my communion line.”
Catholic Vote ^ | July 26, 2016 | JOHN WHITE

Posted on 07/27/2016 3:29:28 PM PDT by NYer

Senator : Do us both a favor. Don’t show up in my communion line. I take Canon 915 seriously. It’d be embarrassing for you & for me

Doesn’t mince words, does he?  I think Twitter is well-suited for Dominicans.

As you all know, Canon 915 of the Code of Canon Law states that those “persevering in manifest grave sin are not to be admitted to Holy Communion.”

Fr. Petri is entirely correct.  What he is saying to Tim Kaine is completely in line with Church teaching and Canon Law.

So…repent Tim Kaine.  Seriously.  And tell your buddies Pelosi and Durbin and the rest of them as well.

Get your soul back.  There’s still time.

I wonder what the Pope would have to say about that.

For the record, I agree with the priest.

I have seen a local pro abort Democrat congressman receiving communion at my local RC parish several times. The priests and Eucharistic ministers know who he is.

Thank you, Fr. Petri.

Of course, Kaine got a standing “O” at his home parish, St. Elizabeth, and plenty of atta-boys from his pastor (per the media).

As a Catholic, I’m sad that most of the “real” Catholic preaching is only on-line.

I know someone who goes to this parish, it is a well known liberal haven. Tim fits right in. I assure you that my pastors would 915 him in a heartbeat (if they knew who he was).

In my experience, the Dominicans are one of the more conservative Catholic orders. The liberal Jesuits think they know all; the more conservative Dominicans know they Know all. Go PC!

God Bless this good priest. If crooked Hillary thinks any good standing, faith-abiding Roman Catholic will vote for her because of Kaine, she is even dumber than a box of rocks (with my apologies to rocks)!

Hillary says Christians must change their view of abortion

That would make her feel real cozy, eh?
Now she's going to take on the doctrine of the church?

She may escape justice in this world, but not the next.

He will not be mocked.
