A few years ago, that video was all over the net. People were outraged at the site of that man kissing Putin's hand while others claimed it was all for show, that Putin is using the church. Kind of like when he takes off his shirt to show off his muscles.
On September 10th, 2001, the Russian jets locked on to civilian aircraft off the coast of Alaska. My brother worked at the air traffic control tower in Anchorage at that time. He said the Russian military were not only locking onto the civilian aircraft but were also flying so close that they could have caused an accident. Pilots, the controllers, and others were terrified and my brother had thought that if America was not at war the next day, it would be a miracle. After 9/11, little was said about this "incident". Russia did not attempt another provocative act under Bush, at least that I know of. But once Obama came into power, Russia started back up again.
Listen. You made the claim, and I asked you for documentation. The video link you gave did not do that.
