The 31 second video link you posted does not appear to support the two adjectives used to describe him.
Thank you for the link. I enjoyed reading the comments which seemed to be positive. One in particular stated that it is typical behavior to kiss a priest’s hand, but not for the priest to kiss a leader’s hand. The poster indicated its significance was to convey the message that Putin was recognized as the Leader of the country (paraphrased).
