We look about us and see multitudes who have other gods, and we are pierced with pain as we ponder their future. We call upon You to make a change by enlightening the eyes of their understanding and sending Your Word to bring them Light and Truth. This is the time You have promised us that You would pour out of Your Spirit on all flesh. We receive that promise on behalf of the lost in our Nation, especially those in authority. As there has been an increase in acceptance of behavior that is not righteous, we pray for a conviction by Your Spirit that will bring people to repentance. Not to us, but to You be the glory. Only You can accomplish this.
We ask You for the guidance and protection for each person serving in the Armed Forces, each policeman, each member of the sheriffs departments and each fireman across our Land.
We wait for You, Lord. We expect, look for, and hope in You alone. Therefore, we will gain new strength and renew our power; We will lift up our wings and rise up close to God like eagles rising toward the sun; We will run and not become weary, we will walk and not grow tired. Amen.
Join me in putting our faith in God to heal our land and protect our beloved military.
Amen to every word of your anointed prayer.
