Father in heaven, we thank You for this day, for every grace and gift that You give to us.

Lord, we pray for all of our military men and women, that You would watch over them and bless them. Raise up good leaders over them, and establish the work of their hands.

O LORD, You are the true God, the living God, the eternal King. When You are angry, the earth trembles; the nations cannot endure Your wrath. All other gods, who did not make the heavens and the earth, will perish from the earth and from under the heavens. But You, God, made the earth by Your power. You founded the world by Your wisdom and stretched out the heavens by Your understanding. When You thunder, the waters in the heavens roar; You make clouds rise from the ends of the earth. You send lightning with the rain and bring out the wind from Your storehouses. You alone, Lord, are God, the Creator and Ruler of all things, and we praise You in the Name of Jesus, Amen.
