Only in liberal Judaism are they cool. Orthodox Judaism recognizes the value of life from the time of conception to the tomb. That doesn’t mean that Judaism outlaws abortion, because Judaism also recognizes the human freedom, but it does not recognize abortion as a good thing.

Liberal Judiasm has about a million times more influence than conservative Judiasm.

“That doesnt mean that Judaism outlaws abortion,...”
I would think any group of people who survived the Nazis would outlaw abortion.

But doesn’t Judaism want to outlaw child abuse? Or does it say “So sad, but hey, we recognize human freedom”?

I don't mean my previous reply as an anti-Jewish comment. I realize there are all kinds of Jews, prolife and pro-death, kind and wise, snake-mean and turkey-stupid, God-pleasing and God-shaming, just like there are all kinds of so-called "Christians".
God help us!

A Jewish friend of mine is a big pro abortion fanatic. She has traveled to rally’s here and the U.K. I don’t get it.

Thank you. In Judaism, abortion is only acceptable to protect the woman from a physically harmful pregnancy.

Orthodox Judaism recognizes the value of life from the time of conception to the tomb. That particular Talmud debate...
Anyway, Shalom Natasha Leggero and welcome back. :)
