(Ezekiel 38:13) Sheba, and Dedan, and the merchants of Tarshish, with all the young lions thereof, shall say unto thee, Art thou come to take a spoil? hast thou gathered thy company to take a prey? to carry away silver and gold, to take away cattle and goods, to take a great spoil?

Pastor JD seemed to me different tonight. Does anyone else feel that way? He just seemed more concern than normal about world events especially Israel. May the Good Lord have mercy on USA. I use to think we were fortunate to be the country that backs Israel and God would bless us for that.
The fourth kingdom

The ten nations are listed in Psalm 83. The king in Daniel 7:24 is the ruler/anti-Christ and after he rises three kings are uprooted.
Muammur Kaddafi was the third king uprooted, the other two, Hosni Mubarak and Saddam Hussein. And uprooted is the perfect word as these three had nearly 100 years of combined rule in the M.E. No small feat indeed.
Daniel 7: 25 He shall speak pompous words against the Most High,
Shall persecute the saints of the Most High,
And shall intend to change times and law.
Then shall be given into his hand
For a time and times and half a time.
A time and times and half a time. Three and a half years perhaps, but definitely not a seven year time period as there is no such thing as a seven year tribulation.

2 Kings 23:13 Then the king defiled the high places that were east of Jerusalem, which were on the south of the Mount of Corruption, which Solomon king of Israel had built for Ashtoreth the abomination of the Sidonians, for Chemosh the abomination of the Moabites, and for Milcom the abomination of the people of Ammon.
Nowhere in scripture is the anti-Christ described as a ‘man with all the answers’ but he is described as martial ruler. -of or appropriate to war; warlike.
Isaiah 17:3 The fortress also shall cease from Ephraim, and the kingdom from Damascus, and the remnant of Syria: they shall be as the glory of the children of Israel, saith the LORD of hosts.
The name Syria is miss-translated here, it is Aram.
Aram or Arameans = "exalted"

Aram means ‘exalted’ which is the exalted country du-jour for the appropriate time period. Babylon (ancient), the Roman empire, etc.
So don’t get excited about the Damascus ceasing to be a city because it coincides with the fall of America. Ephraim is another clue. Numbers 2:18 Same miss-translation in

He said the prophecy of Isaiah 17, the destruction of Damascus, would involve the Golan. I don’t know how he came to that conclusion from Scripture alone—it must be his own idea. There was recently a proposal that the Golan be used as a bargaining chip in a Syrian truce. I guess that’s what he means.
As for your comment, he’s just seeing prophecy more and more fulfilled.
I think I’ve mentioned this before, but a friend told me someone had opined to her that if you haven’t been born again, you can’t see that the end times are here. Pastor JD is frustrated that not enough people see what’s happening. I am too. The days of Noah.
