Trump has put out more details than a number of other candidates.I haven't seen it, but I've seen Trump avoid any serious debate with Cruz on matters of policy.

But you're right...Perhaps it's Cruz that can't get into detail...In fact Cruz copied Trump's healthcare plan word for word while Trump wasn't there and tried to take credit for it...Another fact is Don has put out a lot more detail than Cruz has...
There certainly aren't going to be many details until a Cabinet is put in place regardless of the winner...
