As a matter of curiosity, do you think the average Latin lay person believes in “papal infallibility” as taught by Vatican I?
Probably not. In my opinion, most Latin people don’t keep their Sunday obligation to attend Mass; and, many, if not most, do practice artificial birth control. Why would they heed to anything else?
