Steve Ray was an evangelical Baptist minister who really believed that we Catholics were going STRAIGHT TO HELL. He didn't want that for us, being a good man.

So he started a journey of conversion of Catholics to Baptists. He KNEW that, in order to convince Catholics to change, he would have to know about this "heretical" church of theirs, so he read.
He and his wife, Janet, read about the 2000 year old Catholic Church. They spend almost A YEAR reading. One night he and Janet found themselves on their living room floor, surrounded by those Catholic Church histories, CRYING. He said: "Oh no! We're Catholics."

Well, there is NO one with more fervor than a convert. He wrote his book: CROSSING THE TIBER which "mapped out" their journey. My Presbyterian Texan friend and I went on a "pilgrimage" to the Holy Land with him and his wife. WHAT a marvelous trip.

Scott Hanh is another convert. Below is a list of converts. It's a long list but well worth perusing.

As stated before I agree you are home... albeit with the lost, but still home.
