Notice that it is Trump that the Pope singles out for condemnation for advocating building the wall.

It is his recognition of who owns that issue.

too bad Trump is a capitalist, which is a Christian tenet; the (anti)Pope is a communist.

I am not at all a trump supporter, just because a man says something, does not make it true.

LOLOLOL!! Says a guy who lives behind walls.

Yes, quite reminiscent of the Kennedy's; lecturing the rest of us while living at a place referred to as "The Kennedy Compound.

The Pope, as usually the case, is wrong again. Still.

the Pope is not infallible

I know nothing about the goings on of the RC church. Why is he even Pope? There's a dude still alive who did his Pope thing without getting involved in political campaigns.

Pope Francis just highlighted that the wall is Trump’s and no one else’s.

I don’t see Cruz, Rubio or Bush making headlines telling the Pope that they also want a wall.

They are all hiding, trying to have it both ways in debates.

There's one in Maccabees. The heavenly city in Revelation is described as a foundation built on beautiful stones and with walls.

Now why would the heavenly city need walls? I don't know if it is literal or symbolic, but walls are to keep things out. Like devils and evildoers. To protect the people inside.

“Then render to Caesar the things that are Caesar’s; and to God the things that are God’s.”

In other words, mind your OWN business, Francis.

Born and raised Roman Catholic.

I truly think we are living in the End Times. Frank is straying from the Catechism like Barry has strayed from the Constitution.

This Catholic will be voting for Donald Trump.

Still begging the question: how many migrants/immigrants has the Vatican taken? Or Italy for that matter. Anyone?

Jeb defends Trump: “I think the Pope said Trump might not be Christian. His Christianity is between him and his Creator.”

Jeb: “It is not an un-Christian thing to do — to keep people out who come here illegally.”

I’m a Cruz person through and through but his is ridiculous. The Pope is WAY out of line and what he said was outrageous.

Weren’t the gospels wrote during a period in which people didn’t travel farther then 40 miles from home and when large numbers of people actually did cross borders they were always carrying weapons.

“Catholic prelates in this country need to issue a joint letter to the Vatican telling it to stay out of our elections.”

Most Catholic voters supported the Fraud in the last election.
