The Robe, Ben Hur, The Passion of the Christ, God’s Not Dead.
those are all great and he inn of the six happiness was a story about a missionary in china. Ingrid bergman reportedly became a christian after playing the part and visiting the missionary’s friend after the missionary passed away. Might not be as strong as “Gods not dead” but it is a very nice movie.
I've seen the first three. I can't watch them very often. It is simply too heart-rending!
The silent version of Ben Hur was done very well. For those that take Exodus 20 seriously ('Thou shalt not make any image of God...') they always, strategically, avoided showing the Lord Jesus' face. You knew He was there, but they always blocked it.
I liked the Robe also.
Ragamuffin. It’s the story of Christian songwriter Rich Mullins. Recent and well done.
