They meet at Annual Conference for the various Methodist conferences every June. I attended my last one where people were cheering for voting down a resolution to counsel young women considering an abortion to get an ultrasound first.
I left the UMC the week after we got back from the conference. I was sickened by the women clergy there. I will never set foot in a church with a female pastor ever again.
