I forgot about valentines but always keep a visa gift card handy :) Worked like a charm.
Me and the wife get along great.
She cooks and cleans, I take care of the car and threaten the Kosovos across the street if they park in her spot in front of our house :)
Also tell neighbors’ kids to go to bed at 11pm in the summer when they are still playing basketball
and tell the downstairs tenant to shut his kids up after 11:30pm on weekends :)
