Pray For the Peace of Jerusalem

Our Father in Heaven,
Magnified, Sanctified,
and Hallowed Be Your Most Holy and Glorious Name!
You Are So Holy and Worthy of Praise and Worship,
we are Overwhelmed by Your Glory!
It is You Who Have Made The Earth and All it Contains,
from the tiniest of Creatures,
to the Greatest of the Mountains,
Forests and Deserts.
It is You Who Command the Motion of the Stars,
The Galaxies,
and the Great Singularities of Time and Space,
And it is You Who Create new Life in the Secret Place of a Mother's Womb!

We Pray For The Peace of Jerusalem,
According to Your Will and Promise.
We Pray For the People and Leaders of Israel,
that They Will Look to You for the Protection

Pray For the Peace of Jerusalem

Last night, when I was out with some friends, I noticed FOX NEWS touting the latest scientific discovery, (which I already knew about, thanks to FR's science ping list!), which vindicates Einstein's theory about gravity waves. While some may find these things to be in conflict with God's Word, I received the information with Joy and Awe, as it seems to me to validate the Glory and Magnificence of His Creation, the intricacies of which have no end.

Paul speaks of this dichotomy when he talks about "The Natural Man" vs. the Person who is "Filled With The Spirit." Faith seems like Foolishness to The "Natural Man", because he is unable to discern "Supernatural" things.

On the other hand, those who do see things with "Spiritual Eyes" scratch their heads in wonder as to why the Natural Man doesn't "see the light", which seems so obvious!

Paul attempts to comfort his Corinthian Brethren with this explanation. It's something to remember when you find yourself in a circular argument with someone who is not a Believer.
