Why would the Bosporus affect the Red Sea? Until the Suez Canal was dug, there was no connection between the Mediterranean and the Red Sea...

No effect I can imagine.
The Red Sea is separated from the Mediterranean by the Sinai Peninsula, so would experience no effects from changing Med or Black Sea levels.
