Good to hear that Christianity is going forward there. Usually there's nothing but bad news about that part of the world.

It seems to me to be a positive move in a country that is both loosening up on human rights abuses, economic policies and who is no friend of China. There is a lot wrong and the country is brutal with its own people who question the central government. Take improvements where you find them. The government can’t finally control Catholics as has been seen in China. Vietnam has a strong independent Catholic tradition.
