This would invite incredulity in any other age but after the shameless rigging of the interim relatio at the Extraordinary Synod of 2014, I give this full credence.

I expect the actual document, when it finally appears, to be suitably vague in the critical areas where it should be precise so that there will be sufficient wiggle room for the malefactors to take it and run with it but at the same time, to be able to defend its consistency with Church tradition should it become necessary to do so.
