It is becoming increasingly obvious that discernment and wisdom are not gifts endowed upon many whom the masses have put in charge of their governments. The administration's recent demand that boys who identify as girls, but still have all the attributes that make them boys, must have access to girls showers in schools is just one of many decisions and "impositions" that just goes to prove that, as our friend Jacob Prasch once said, we have "lost the ability to reason."
From statistics that show that even those who claim to be evangelical are becoming more approving of homosexuality, to the Turkish President Erdogen who won re-election in a massive landslide, to the revelation of George Soros as being a primary source behind the massive immigration (read, "invasion") into Germany other countries in Europe, the world is looking for leadership and finding very few who are competent and wise.
This week's update entitled "A Real Famine" takes us on a journey through another week of wacky to outrageous to terrifying; substantiating the fact that we may have now traveled so far away from God's Word that we may not make it back as a society. The current path can only lead to destruction.

I recall reading this when you first posted it. Enjoyed it very much. Have you considered adding to it, or was it only intended as a short story?
Both the Old & the New Testaments teach that homosexuality
is an abomination. Those old itching ears want what they
WANT, so they won’t endure sound doctrine. More modern
words used instead of the older words don’t fix it (for
instance “gay” used to be a perfectly decent little word
for being happy). I still just call them “queer”; & if
they don’t like that, they can just lump it.

I think that would be a very bad outcome, but I see several paths that would lead there, all involving a breakdown of food distro, mega riots, looting, starvation, and complete breakdown of civil order.
I see that, too.
