In a 131-57 vote, Iraq's parliament has rejected a bill that would have permitted children of Christian converts to Islam to become Christians again, according to an AsiaNews report.
Under Iraqi law, if one parent converts to Islam, all of the children automatically become Muslim. The bill would have permitted Christian children in this situation to reconvert to Christianity at the age of 18, as was once permitted in Iraq and still is permitted in the autonomous region of Kurdistan.

Our constitution does not recognize this. We won the war and should not have tolerated Islamic theocratic rule.
Next time we invade a country, I hope they do away with the “freedom” propaganda.
Be prepared to rule the country as basically a colony, and stay for 100 years. Take their resources to pay for it. If we are not prepared to do that - don’t invade, and don’t waste our young men (and women) and our national treasure on such wasteful adventures.

If a Muslim offers you conversion one, two, three times, if you refuse, you are an implacable agreesor against all Muslims, he is OBLIGATED to fight you to the death, to kill you or be killed trying, or else he is a Hypocrite.
This is true and correct. We should have allowed Samaritans Purse to hand out New Testaments in their RELIEF packages when the Iraq invasion was engaged...and let all kinds of missionary relief organizations shock and awe the people that foundation to ANY FREE society is their right to choose their own religion.

I think the case could be made that territory conquered by the Taliban in Afghanistan is NOT Afghanian anymore. That is open territory.
