The church became increasingly feminized and now homosexualized which is a big turn off to the male species. When everything is acceptable then nothing has moral value.
Men need to step forth and change this. Volunteer to be a lector, an extraordinary minister of Holy Communion, etc.
And we need to stop the practice of altar girls and have only acolytes from fourth grade through college.
