Prayer for Our American Heroes and Our Nation

Just then, some people brought to Him a paralyzed man lying on a cot. And seeing their faith, Jesus said to the paralyzed man, “Take courage, son!”...so you may know that the Son of Man has authority to pardon sins on earth…” He tells the paralyzed man, “I tell you, get up, take your mat and go home!” Matt 9:2; 10

FATHER, today we want to pray over our Combat Medics, whose hearts diligently desire that each and every brother in arms live, suffer less, and know that they are not alone. LORD, this type of compassion IS the heart of CHRIST for the needy, the hurt, those in need of a physician, and especially those LORD nearing death who are in need of Salvation. LORD, may each and every wounded hero see the FACE of CHRIST in these that serve, so that they may have hope. LORD, we know the prayers of the saints infiltrating our Armed Services though the members that are Christians are the catalyst to great power and divine healing that is needed so many times. May YOUR MERCY see their great faith and grant the healing needed from YOU, and LORD, for those nearing death’s door, may the graceful words of HOPE be heard from just that one who is ministering to their needs: IN CHRIST, your sins are forgiven, and may Your name be upon their lips before their time is finished here and it begins in Eternity. Amen.

FATHER, we pray over our country. LORD, may the prayers of YOUR CHILDREN living in each state, serving in each capacity, loving in each home, teaching in each church, be that which is needed to uphold our nation and to keep it’s needs brought before YOU in FAITH. FATHER, HEAL OUR LAND. FATHER FORGIVE OUR SINS. We are so lost and destitute without YOU. YOUR GRACE is FREE, YOUR MERCY is never-ending, YOUR COMPASSIONS are new each day. LORD, YOUR FAVOR is what we seek, LORD, hear our prayers. And LORD, as we lift up prayers each day for Thy People Israel, we thank YOU for those believers among them who are serving in the IDF. LORD, how precious are the souls of all who serve and strive for the PEACE of JERUSALEM. LORD, we pray for the SALVATION of all Israel. May there be a harvest spreading in every corner of this little nation. For it is in JESUS NAME that we have all confidence. AMEN.

May God’s Wisdom and healing be with the Combat Medics and His comfort for the wounded. May the Good Lord raise up godly parents, guardians, mentor, friends to teach us His Ways.

May we turn back to You as the only hope in this dark world and be filled with the power of the Spirit.
