Pray For the Peace of Jerusalem

Dear Father in Heaven,
How Hallowed is Your Name!
You Alone Are Worthy of Praise,
For You Alone Are The One True God.
Thank You For Your Word,
For Your Marvelous Creation
And Thank You For Your Grace and For Life Itself.

We Pray For The Peace of Jerusalem,
According to Your Will and Promise.
We Pray For the People and Leaders of Israel,
that They Will Look to You for the Protection
and Prosperity of their Nation.
We Also Pray For Revival in our own Beloved USA.

We Pray For The Swift and Sure Coming of Messiah,
Blessed Be He,
To Establish His Kingdom,
and Make All Things Right.

Blessings To All Who Visit This Garden of Prayer.

Hallelujah and Amen

Pray For the Peace of Jerusalem

Remember when we studied the character of King Saul, when he disobeyed God by not wiping out the Agagites? It was a turning point in his life, and Saul never really got back fellowship with God. It was the beginning of his descent into depression, obsession, jealousy, dabbling in the occult, murder, and eventually suicide.

Haman was a direct descendant of the very people that Saul spared. Generations later, his hatred of the Jews was unabated. His unrighteous demands of Mordecai, with which Mordecai could not comply because of his "religion", infuriated Haman to no end. His charming wife was no better. Not only his wife, but ten sons and a bunch of yes-man friends who all were in on his plot to annihilate not just the Jews, but Mordecai in particular.

Imagine Mordecai going to work everyday (he was a scribe), and seeing posters all over town giving a date to kill all of his people, and a 50 Cubit Pole being erected in town JUST FOR HIM!

Although Esther is not mentioned in this chapter, we see what kind of person will be her "Guest of Honor" at tomorrow's banquet!

Come and Pray For the Peace of Jerusalem, For Our FRiends in Need, For Persecuted Believers, and For Our Beloved Nation.

Blessings To All Who Visit This Garden of Prayer.
