Remember Americans are ARMED to the teeth.
Yes we are; question is how many of those armed Americans are willing to use their guns? The whole "army of hunters" is bunk, IMO. At best, only 10% of those who are armed will fight any truly universal and organized attempt to disarm the country. The other +90% will eventually willingly give away their birth right for various reasons; security, peer pressure, etc.
Remember this, only about 15% to 25% of American colonists (depending on sources) actively fought against the British Crown. Another 15% to 25% of the colonists actively supported the British Crown. The rest sat on the sidelines waiting for a winner. Also, remember that those who fought took up arms for reasons that pale to what the average American is forced to endure daily from our current government.
Ask yourself, how many patriots truly exist, today?
