2. All, and i mean ALL of my journals before Aug. 29, 2005 were washed away, along with everything but a gym bag of clothes and my laptop, as a result of Hurricane Katrina.
On a map of Metairie, LA, I lived 100 yards east of the junction of Airline Highway and Clearview Parkway.
I found Airline but not Clearview. It looks like you were practically in sight of the river, though.
