re: ‘Every life is a story’:
Photos come and go,
From film to bytes as you know,
Pen and ink today,
The younger generations stay away.
In this fleeting world of electronic ADHD,
Where if it lasts longer than 30 seconds, it won’t ‘be’,
To leave ‘your story’ for those who follow,
May well depnd on technology’s Tomorrow.
I have none to follow me after ‘that day’,
So, with pen and ink book and byte,
I leave what I can, before ‘that night’.
Is that your own composition? Perceptive!
My journals from 1995 to the present are in a box on a top shelf in my closet. If anyone ever wants to know about my life, they can read them and say, “Wow, she was bats!”
