My Dearest Brothers and Sisters…how I long to pray in deepest repentance for our nation. I know that this verse speaks of the beginnings of Israel, but as I read the words, my heart ponders over all those children who have been laid victim to Planned Parenthood, and I can only but see the heart of God as he looks down upon them too. I just saw a picture from the last video and the story of the girl who had quit because of it. I really cannot stop the tears from falling. It’s difficult to look up to GOD as a citizen of the United States, but THANKS BE TO GOD IN CHRIST JESUS ALONE, we can look up as a citizen of Heaven and ask for MERCY.
BLESSED FATHER, ETERNAL GOD and FATHER, EVERLASTING FATHER…please, grant us Mercy beyond that which we deserve as a nation. LORD, we turn to YOU knowing that YOU tell us all souls are yours, and we pray for the souls of all those children, even this day, who will not have an opportunity to take in YOUR BREATH of life. We trust that in YOUR MERCY, YOU will cover them. We pray for those who mourn their decisions. We ask that YOU would first touch their hearts with GODLY SORROW so that they may find its ONLY cure is in the BLOOD OF CHRIST that will cover this abomination and sin. May their sorrow and ashes be transformed into life, and may they become mighty warriors in this battle that wages in our nation and among our people. FATHER, we pray for the hearts of the fathers of these little ones who may not have wanted any part of this “women’s right to choose”. LORD, there is MERCY and GRACE to fill the void left behind, and sorrow which may be infiltrating in them too. OH GOD, PLEASE, we pray and we believe that YOU HAVE SHONE A GREAT LIGHT upon this INSIDIOUS DARKNESS, and we believe that YOU will COMPLETE it’s purposes. LORD, we THANK YOU for forgiving us and for sending JESUS to pay the penalty of all our sins, every one of them, and that all and anyone who will call UPON THE NAME OF THE LORD, will be saved. There is forgiveness in CHRIST as GRACE and MERCY remain. Amen.

Amen, Jean. This is a prayer that is greatly needed. Thank you for representing all of America in this petition today-—for whether all realize it or not, we need repentance in this nation. Every single problem that we experience in this country can be traced back to our decisions not to follow God in defending and treasuring our most innocent human life. May His Goodness and Mercy toward us through His Son, Jesus Christ, indeed lead America to repentance.
