The problem is not the German bishops. The problem is a Roman Catholic Church that won’t remove these bishops from their posts and then excommunicate them for their heresy.

Excommunicate? Francis has appointed them to some of the Church's highest offices and committees.

Precisely! Cardinal Marx and his colleagues need excommunication and life in silence in a dungeon, if not more, ummm, permanent treatment: hang, draw and quarter.
