I agree - just be sure to ignore those know-nothings who were called “Job’s friends” and were rebuked later.

Read the Psalms, too.

I will tell you, thought all was going down the rat-hole, years ago. Lotsa disappointment and things go wrong. Even recently. Can’t control all events or what people may do.

Nonetheless, I am still kicking. Makes my few friends grin and my enemies frown. Have had some pretty amazing things happen, years after many, many things just kept going wrong.

By faith you will pass through the valley. And learn a few things along the way.

My Mom used to say that what doesn’t break you will make you. She was a cancer survivor, so she knew what she was talking about! The last two years have brought so much heartache, but made me more thankful for the blessings God gave me, of only for a time. Job said, the Lord giveth and the Lord hath taken away: blessed be the Name of the Lord! It’s true. My life hasn’t been an easy one, but I honestly believe no one’s really is-just sometimes things happen all at once, one on top of the other. The thing is, you try your best to deal with the big things, then a little thing happens and it’s like a dam opening... In the end, though, you can look back and see that, in many ways, you have been blessed. I’m blessed to be here right now with prayers up and kind words and thoughts. G-d bless you, and I thank you!
