He said he was asked to offer a prayer before the Stste of Kansas House and Senate, then was sent a list of "guide lines, which concluded with not praying in the name of Jesus!" He said he had to refused the invitation for "there is no other name to whom he prays" and to agree to pray to something else would cause him to break God's to please a rule made up by man, words to that effect.

My evangelical pastor said he’d been asked by Tony Perkins of the FRC to participate in a nationwide prayer day which we did for all four services plus streaming internet. Everyone on their knees.
