At one point in my life I was in so much pain from a severely pinched nerve in my neck. I considered putting a bullet in my head to end the agony...months of 24 / 7 unrelenting pain...
The pain was unbearable, like a twisting knife stuck in my necks spinal column...
The doctor thought I should have neck surgery which he said was only a 50 / 50 shot of fixing the problem...
Thank God I tossed the Oxy after a week because I felt the claws of addiction digging in...
I took about 20 to 30 Aleve per day...to dull the pain...just to function
Finally out of desperation, went to a chiropractor (who I thought were a step above witch doctors) before deciding to get cut...
After about 12 sessions I was almost pain free...
My right arm muscles atrophied from lack of nerve impulses had gotten to the the point it was almost useless. I could not even pick up a 10 lb weight...
Today, I rehabbed my right arm and sleep on a specially designed pillow to keep my neck spinal column in a fixed position...
It’s great and it’s long.
