Davutoglu is a small, yappy, black dog!IIRC, calling someone a black dog is an insult to the Armenians. My grandparents (who met while growing up in respective boys/girls orphanages after their parents were killed by the Turks) used to use the phrase, sev shuny (black dog) when they were angry.
