Since -- as I demonstrated elsewhere on this thread -- I knew who Gary Shelton was, it was most unlikely I would confuse a song written in 1972 with one recorded in 1969 by Tommy James and the Shondells.
Your self burn was therefore perhaps useful to people who don't know music.
I suppose I could have elicited the same response if I'd typed: Da Da Da Da Da, Da Da Da Da Da, Da Da Da Da Da, Daaaaaa, since Ride of the Valkyries was the first tune played in the series. For future reference, you may rest assured that I know the difference between Thomas Jackson and Richard Wagner.
