I am so excited, I can't believe that I put off telling you all. I walked into chemo yesterday and the dr told me that contrary to me having one more cycle (of three weeks) that I was DONE. DONE. DONE!!!! I've been on cloud nine ever since.
I'm sorry. I am never sure I'm posting correctly, so I put it off. Here's my face now :D

I finished 15 rounds of daily radiation on the 27th of March and have my first chemo tomorrow.
No-one should have to go through that, and I'll bet you are relieved that it is over.

Great news! My wife just passed her 3 year anniversary of finishing 9 rounds of chemo and 49 radiation treatments a couple of weeks ago.

I hadn’t had chemo for about 4 weeks, what with hospitalization and bad platelet numbers, etc. And then last week I had the first of the three week cycle and I still did very well. I was able to walk without a cane and get around a bit, it was GREAT. I don’t think my body had figured out I’d started chemo again. That lasted for about 4 days or so, then I wasn’t as good, but still ok. then it got to this Tuesday, when I got my wunnerful news. I’ve been grinning for two days now!!
