INDIANAPOLIS -- One of the citys largest conventions could leave Indiana because of the fight over the controversial religious freedom act.
Gen Con sent a letter to Gov. Mike Pence on Tuesday, asking him to reconsider his support for Senate Bill 101.
Gen Cons CEO said if the Religious Freedom Restoration Act becomes law, the group will consider taking future conventions to other cities.

It’s a gaming convention?
Sheesh.
Regardless, they can take their threats and implement them immediately. I hope Pence tears up their contract and tells them to never return.
I’d like to say “good riddance, decent people will come for conventions, and Indiana doesn’t need the sleaze who object to religious freedom.” Unfortunately, the sleaze probably drink more, patronize women in the oldest profession to a much larger extent, and generally spend money as if it had not come honestly instead of like the hard-working Americans with morals who earned their money. This will cost Indiana, but that’s no reason not to do the right thing. Sometimes having morals carries a price, but having those values is always worth it.
Ahhh the homonazis hating on freedom.
Gov. Pence....tell them to GET LOST!!
Religious Freedom Restoration Act -
I like Mike!
They have a contract with Indy till 2020. Sign the bill and sue their asses if they renege.
Lucas Oil Stadium is rated as the nation’s top venue. I’m assuming that’s where this convention is being held. Their leaving would easily be filled by another organization.
gencon is held at a hotel indy. gencon is a magic gathering / dungeon & dragons convention.
the geeks at gencon are from seattle. they can hold it there. the gencon geeks have too much disposable income.
