We end the Story of Joshua with this Wonderful Declaration. This quote has rung through the ages and appears on greeting cards, bumper stickers, and even a song by Bob Dylan. Thirty years ago, my first quilting commission was a banner with this quotation on it. It was at the beginning of a thirty year friendship with the lady who hired me, which lasted until she died in my arms in a helicopter over the Big Island in 2013.

Thank you LTOS for a compassionate thread praying for the peace of Israel, Jerusalem, and for all seeking to know and serve God. You are excellent in showing the scriptures in context and content in an interesting meaningful way daily.. (which they are), yet few give little thought to Israel.

Prayer and praise and peace to God for protection and peace and light for Israel.

My Mother put a plaque on our kitchen wall with Joshua 24:15 on it when I was a little kid. She recently went to be with Jesus at the age of 92. We were so blessed to have Christian parents as role models.
