Good that you mention Iran. How encouraging! I don't know what the time frame is here (is this still happening now? Ten years ago? When?) but a Portuguese-born lady in my parish says when she was a University student in Lisbon she saw charter jets from Iran flying into Portugal, carrying wealthy pious Shiite Muslim women who are avid to visit the shrine of Our Lady of Fatima.

Shiites like shrines and pilgrimages and Isa ibn Maryam.

"Pious" Sunnis would kill them for that.

As a follow up, a great book I read recently details these events - all by former muslims the author has met or his close family and friends meet. The stories are moving and inspiring, as these new believers in every muslim country are coming to faith in Christ at the risk of their lives.
